Ngong Dog Dog is a charming dog café nestled in the heart of Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, where the warmth of furry companionship meets a cozy dining experience. This delightful spot offers a unique opportunity for dog lovers to unwind, socialize, and savor tasty treats alongside a variety of adorable dog breeds. Located at 111, Jalan Puteri 5/3, Ngong Dog Dog stands out not just as a café but as a joyful haven for both humans and their canine friends.
Stepping into Ngong Dog Dog feels like entering a friendly sanctuary brimming with wagging tails and playful pups. Customers consistently praise the welcoming atmosphere here—spacious enough to allow lively interaction, yet intimate enough to feel personal and engaging. The dogs are incredibly well-cared-for and sociable, often approaching guests to seek affection, making every visit heartwarming and filled with moments of genuine connection.
The café encourages a playful interaction where visitors, including children, can feed snacks to the dogs, adding an interactive dimension that’s rare in typical cafés. While the dining area is somewhat modest in size—limiting some physical space—the joyful energy from the diverse canine residents more than compensates for it.
When it comes to the menu, Ngong Dog Dog offers a variety of delightful dishes and drinks that complement the unique environment. Highlights include the salted egg chicken rice, which has earned hearty praise for its flavorful, comforting taste. Another fan favorite is their honey avocado drink, a refreshing and subtly sweet beverage that pairs beautifully with a relaxing afternoon among the pups. Other options such as cheese baked rice and classic fish and chips also appear on the menu, providing a good range for different tastes. While prices lean towards the higher side for some, guests widely agree that the quality and wholesome experience justify the investment.
Customer feedback reveals a well-rounded experience: the café boasts friendly and attentive staff who enhance the warmth of the visit, alongside fair pricing and no entry fee, which invites frequent meet-ups. The air ventilation and overall hygiene receive mixed reviews; some guests notice occasional odors typical of an environment hosting many dogs, despite the diligent cleaning efforts of the staff. This is an understandable trade-off when sharing a space so intimately with pets, but it is worth noting for those with heightened sensitivities. Still, many testify that the joy of spending time with the dogs outweighs this minor downside.
Real visitors recount moments of delight and relaxation here. One guest, Lim, shared how enjoyable it was for their children to feed the dogs and interact freely, adding a memorable layer to their family outing. Others, like Colby, have found the café a perfect spot not just for leisure but also for getting productive work done, due to the relaxed vibe and helpful service. Even those who couldn’t linger to dine expressed enthusiasm about the welcoming environment and the chance to bond with the animals.
Ngong Dog Dog also stands out for its openness to allowing customers to bring their own dogs, making it a fantastic space to socialize pet-to-pet while enjoying good company. The staff’s warmth and approachability enhance this inclusive feeling, ensuring both human and canine visitors feel right at home.
In sum, Ngong Dog Dog offers more than just a meal—it delivers an experience infused with affection, fun, and the charming unpredictability of furry friendships. For anyone passionate about dogs or simply seeking a unique café experience that lifts the spirit, this hidden gem in Puchong is well worth a visit. Just be prepared for a few puppy antics and the authentic atmosphere of a loved dog café.

First time visit .There was lots of different breed of dogs there despite the dining area is quite small. My kids were enjoying there when they feed the dogs with snack which we bought from the cafe. Things can be improved for me will be the poo and pee. Despite the owner clean up timely, but quite disgusting for me to see dog poo and pee in front of me when my food is served at the same time and the poo is very near to us. Haha I try to close my eyes when I'm eating . I still prefer those cafe which separate dining area with the dogs which will be more hygienic.

There are many cute dogs around! The staffs are friendly. And the good thing is that you can bring your dogs to play together. The food was satisfactory. The cheese baked rice was normal but the salted egg chicken rice was good. I’m in love with the honey avocado drink. Its good. Overall I had a good dining experience here.

This is a lovely place with excellent air ventilation and plenty of furry friends to interact with. The fluffy companions are super friendly—they keep coming over, seeking attention and pats! One star off it's because they might jump on the table and scare you The food and drinks are delicious, though a bit on the pricey side, but it’s totally worth it considering you're here for more than just the food. It’s an experience filled with cuteness and comfort. I personally like the flavourful cheese baked rice a lot. Oh, and meanwhile downstairs it's all about dogs, upstairs it's all about cats. Worth a visit.

I had an enjoyable session at the pet café — the dogs were absolutely adorable, friendly, and clearly well-cared for. Spending time with them was definitely the highlight of the visit and made for a fun, heartwarming experience. However, one downside was the smell in the café. It was quite strong and made the dining experience less pleasant than expected. While it's understandable that a space with many animals might have some odor, improving the ventilation or cleanliness in the dining area could really enhance the overall visit. Overall, a great place to interact with dogs

Great experience in this cafe, although couldn't dine in because we were in rush but it's a place for people who love pets. A little crowded and unsure if those all were customers or staff but that's ok! Kudos, keep going. Will come again.

First time coming and I spent my whole day studying here today. Food and drinks choices are wide, prices are affordable and they don’t have an entry fee. The fur kids are super adorable and friendly. Staffs and the owner are also nice and helpful. Too bad I live far away from Puchong or else I’ll visit at least once a week!

The fish and chips and the ramen were delicious, and they even gave us some kimchi with the ramen, which was a nice touch. There were many dogs around, and the place was very pleasant.
